When I first saw the ads for this R/C I was skeptical. I figured that either the cards would be fragile or the control a bit too weighty to be considered as portable as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised to instead be treated to a tough little R/C that's lightweight and fun to mess around with. Using the batteries right out of the picture it's a bit on the slow side, but I suspect that's only because I picked the tank instead of one of the race cars.
Now the real reason you should get this car is to tackle mini obstacle courses. The treads provide nice grip for climbing messy office desk or homemade obstacles.
If you go in wanting only a fun little tank R/C, then you'll be delighted.
My son received this for Christmas and he loves it. It works great. The only problem we have is finding the batteries.
